Free at Last: Tackling the Transition from High School through College

The switch from home cooked meals and a structured environment to absolute freedom at college influences all of the choices you will make.  I know, I lived it!  I gained the freshman 15, plus some, and never even realized it was happening.  This lecture will focus on healthy lifestlye choices on the college campus from institutional food, to a balance of healthy exercise and study time, to responsible choices in different college situations.  We will even have a little quiz show-do you know the lower calorie or healthier option- a Butterfinger candy bar or two Reeces Peanut Butter Cups?  Join us to find out the answer and to learn some healthy college tips!
